This last move should have been the easiest. I knew where I wanted to live and what I was looking for in my "new life" home. My sister's good friend had used Louise to buy a home for their family and gave a solid "thumbs up" recommendation. Within less than two hours, she responded to my call and we were in her car the next day to look at homes. It was a "Sale By Owner" which was fine with me because I thought that realtors were nothing more than middlemen. That was before I met Louise Griffin. When I was looking for a home for my son in 2017, a friend suggested that Louise could help. I was overwhelmed by the choices that were available, so I decided to give her a chance. I made initial contact via email and she hooked me up on her online Web-based system which notified me of properties that met my criteria. No pressure, no phone calls, just listings in my email. We had a pretty good idea of what we wanted so that was really all we needed. Once we saw a listing that we were interested in, Louise sprang into action. She quickly arranged for a showing as the home was not occupied. My son and I met her at the home along with a trusted friend. We spent several hours looking things over and discussing what we saw. She also explained how the process would work if we decided to make an offer, who was responsible for what, and how the purchase process normally proceeds. We liked the home and wanted to make an offer. Louise's experience and familiarity with the market was extremely helpful in coming up with a competitive offer. As a testament to her skill, our initial offer was quickly accepted by the seller, who was living in another state. Then there were the inspections and all of the things that you have to get done during the DD period. Louise recommended an outstanding home inspector and arranged it all. The inspector was very thorough and found lots of things for us to consider. Louise was able to help us determine which items needed attention and which we could live with. Four additional inspections later (all of which Louise arranged and attended), we had the information we needed to take back to the seller. Again, based on her experience and negotiating skill, we were able to get the seller to give a substantial reduction in the price based on the findings of the inspections. The closing followed a few days later and lasted all of 15 minutes. My experience with Louise has taught me that a good realtor can be so much more than simply a middleman. I have no doubt that we ended up with a great home at the best price as a result of working with Louise. I would highly recommend Louise Griffin if you are looking for a great realtor.

From Day 1, Louise was incredibly responsive (ALWAYS responded promptly!), proactive, helpful, and friendly. I have bought and sold many, many properties both residential and rentals. Louise knows more and is more conscientious of her client's interest than any other realtor I've ever known. I just sold a property in Dove Mountain. Other realtors were pricing way below what I thought my property was worth. Louise analyzed all the recent solds and the amenities of each and came up with data that supported our higher pricing and we got our price - way above some other poor folks whose realtors gave them bad advice.
